Return Policy

Thank you for choosing PigmentPort.com. We are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. To ensure your satisfaction, we have established the following return policy.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. Please note that from the moment you initiate the return, it may take up to 15 days for the product to be delivered. Once we receive the item, we will process the refund within 2 business days. The refund amount will be displayed in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

2. Eligible Returned Items

You can return most new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund. During holidays, items shipped between November 1st and December 31st can be returned by January 31st.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items, we will provide you with a replacement identical to the damaged or defective product. Please contact our customer service representative after returning the damaged or defective item to arrange for the shipment of the replacement.

4. Refund Processing Time

Typically, refunds will be processed within approximately 2-3 weeks. Most refunds will be fully issued within 7 days after we receive and process your return.

5. Refund Method

Your payment method will serve as your refund method for returned items. If you receive the refund after we have received your item, an additional three to five business days may be required for full processing of your return and refund issuance.
