Part 1 – Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

We ship globally. If we are unable to deliver the goods to you, we will contact you directly and process an immediate refund. If you are unsure, please consult with us before placing an order.

You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking ID. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking information to be displayed. If you encounter any issues with the tracking code, please contact us at [email protected].

Most items are shipped within 12 hours. Your order may take up to 5-12 business days to be delivered. Please consider holidays or other unforeseen circumstances that may impact delivery times, extending our average delivery time to 14 business days.

We are not responsible for shipments affected by customs, natural factors, transfer between our carrier and local carriers in your country, air or land transportation strikes or delays, and any additional fees, customs charges, or backend fees.

When making inquiries, you need to input your order number from the confirmation email.

Part 2 – Delivery

Buyers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the provided delivery address. We strive to expedite processing and shipping times. If you believe there is an error in the delivery address you provided, please email us within 12 hours.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping company.

Refunds will not be issued for purchases that violate the agreement.
